Gogosele turnate cu iaurt


 

















Ingrediente 
400 g iaurt
2 oua
2-3 linguri zahar
2 lingurite praf copt
300 g faina
sare
 

Mod preparare
Se bat oulele,  apoi se pune iaurtul, se adauga zaharul,  praful de copt si se amesteca. La sfarsit incorporam faina, toata odata, ca nu se vor face cocoloase si amestecam bine.
Intre timp puneti la incins mult ulei intr-o tigaie. Cu o lingura luati din aluat si cu ajutorul degetului impingeti-l in uleiul incins. Prajiti pana se rumenesc pe ambele parti. Mare atentie sa nu le ardeti, se prajesc foarte repede!










Se scot pe servetel sa se absoarba uleiul.
Optional  - se pot pudra cu zahar (noua ne plac fara).

  1. I tried this recipe as it was so easy one with only few ingredients and it came out really good. I used google chrome to translate it to english :). Even Internet explorere translates it. I couldn't make perfect round shape like you but :) it was tasty...
